KA bolt catch not working
 

Ok so I opened my KA M4 to install a tightbore and hop up upgrades, but when I reassemble it, the bolt catch doesn't want to work.

The bolt still racks as any M4 AEG would but it doesn't stay open. Any King Arms owners got any ideas where I went wrong?

you didn't reinstall it properly. pop the pin and re-insert the bolt catch angled upwards a bit; you'll feel it catch on the catch lever on the other side of the receiver (under the ejection port) and it will move up and down as you rock the bolt catch.

Once it's in properly, then put the pin back in.

I hadn't taken the bolt catch out, but I did figure out what it was. The battery wire was wedged between the lever and the mechbox. If they made the battery wires 1 inch longer it'd make takedown alot easier..
