NEW STEP Recieved the A&K feedtray, and as DarkAngel suggested it would fit it DIDNT., so pissed off, Cheese and I decided wtf we already have a project underway, might as well mill the thing to fit, so we did, and came out amazingly solid. here are the pics.

Pictures came out better than I expected. It took a while to get things done so far, but we're at it one step at a time and we'll keep you folks updated as we go further on this project.

Very nice, but i'm very worried about the metal work on the feed tray. Won't it break?

ex December 24th, 2008 06:27

Interesting...What kind of wire did you use? Might just be the pics but is that "speaker wire"?

BORDENSNIPER December 24th, 2008 15:20

about the metal, it wont break it is extremly strong and if handled properly shouldnt have any problems at all.

the wire is from TheSource its 16awg, I use it in every gun I own and works miracles.

stay tuned, for the most interesting parts:
- Custom highcap box mag with possible electric feeding mechanism or dual finger wheel attachement, well see how it goes
- new hopup rubber instalment, shimming, new gearset and mechbox assembly and installment into the gun.

Cheeseman December 29th, 2008 01:51

Finally!! we're almost done, just need to order the box magazine and the beast will be unleashed.

BORDENSNIPER January 6th, 2009 00:53

Keep tracking this!

MK46 STAR mag ordered from UN Company 4 days ago, but they are not answering anything and no emails other than a 4 day old confirmation has been sent...were kinda worried since we though UNCompany is punctual...guess not..no word from them yet no item but they did take the money....

BORDENSNIPER January 11th, 2009 20:56

Its Finally Finished!

The box mag came from UN company along with 2 AK side rails for about $200 total.

heres the beauty finally finished....recieved in terrible state and remade into a great machine.

BORDENSNIPER January 11th, 2009 23:52
