No they will no swap. The MP5K holds a V3 mechbox, where as other MP5 models have a V2. To fit it would take a lot dremeling of work.

Big difference between MP5's and M4 in real life. Mostly due to MP5's being a prohibited firearm, where as only a M4's lower is restricted. You could just own a plain PAL and purchase a M4 upper.
