KWA G36 motor tuning
This is embarassing, I know this should be an easy fix, but I've spent hours of squealing motors.
I purchased the G36 from a friend, it had a manufacturer defect, and it was repaired, so now it was a refurbished unit. The gun was like new, The gun worked fine for a magazine of about 100, when the motor would start to squeal, (without adjusting, came loose from firing). So I gave it back to him, and he got it working again saying all he did was put in an allen key in the bottom and it worked fine again. So firing it once more with another magazine the same problem arises after about 50 shots.
so I grab my imperial and metric allen keys and started counter and counter-clockwise motions on the bottom of the motor. But for some reason I can't find any middle ground, its either squealing at such high noise, it hurts my ears. Or the motor just spins freely. No matter what I do I can never get it to connect correctly to the gears.
And most embarassing out of all this, I tried to disassemble the gun after watching videos on youtube. once I get to the part of taking off the magwell, I physically can't remove it. It won't budge even after removing the screws and pins.
Any input would put a lot of ease to my mind. Thanks in advance,
Oliver Balzer.
Edit *Gun was fixed, Cause was striped screws and Bevel gear inside the gear box, replaced with some new ones and added lock tight.
