The Chief Cook & Bottle Washer said ok to another new airsoft toy.... the Thompson Sub Machinegun. It is an M1A1 Thompson with the long stick mag, but My friend Jack is willing to swap me the short stick mag used on the M1 Thompsons for the longer stick mag. Personally I like the short mag over the long mag. The only main difference between the two is the M1A1 has a cross bolt in the stock where it joins the main body and the longer mag. But I can live with these differences. To solve the rattle of the batteries is to wrap the battery with thin foam rubber. This is the first gun I have that has an in-line fuse in the positive lead.
