I've got a gun that looks somewhat like that. I'm too lazy to do any work on AKS receiver to make it look like AKS74U

other than that it looks close to AKS74U.
Conscript, Steve's gun has full stock, not side folder.
Here's the only pic I have of that gun, unfortunately stock is folded, so it can't be seen.
