Get more details, explain (in as best detail) what is going on that makes him say it's busted. That's like saying "My mechanic say's my car is fucked (engine, brakes, body, suspension???????????), anyone know how to fix it?".
Just outline your expereince with it, what it does, what it doesn't do, everything you can suggest. You are askig us to mindread, and we can't do that unless you do your part and inform us. I guess it's kinda like going to the doctor to say you dont' feel good, he asks where does it not feel good, you say you don't know cuz you never went to medical school, so HE should know just by looking around.................
