I'm in need of a new rucksack so I thought it would be a cool idea to get a Canadian Forces one... I have 2 questions... I read somewhere that selling/owning/buying Canadian uniforms/equipment is illegal...? But i dont understand this because there are so many army surplus stores selling stuff? Can anyone explain?

does anyone know if there is a specific name for it, or if there are more than one rucksacks used by the forces? or what company makes them? or where I can find one? any help would be appreciated. thanks!
