whats the steps involved with getting the 1911 polished to what you got? Or is that a secret?

Nothing really special. Just stripped with paint stripper. Used a wire brush amd dremel to finish stripping the paint, then used progressively higher grit sandpaper to finish it. After that polished numerous times with metal polish.

I can't believe I used up my bandwidth limit. I have these pics posted on other forums too but photobucket's limit is 25gb a month, crazy I used it all up. I'm rehosting my pics right now.

The glock balances like that by itself by the hole under the grip for a lanyard. The pics should be working now.

What do you think of that NineBall mag release? Have you found yourself accidentally tripping it and dropping the mag to the floor? I know I have on many occasions...it just seems to get in the way! Looks good but not really practical!
