Well, well, how to start. I order from them a KWA M9 PTP second generation. I simply couldn't find it anywhere else. Roger told me that he had one in stock, so I paid him through paypal and received this e-amil: Expect it to arrive within 2.5 weeks

As usual, he doesn't use more than a couple of words in his e-mail. I waited until the 20 november, 4 weeks, before asking question. I sent him 3 e-mails before having an answer: There is a little delay, they item will ship at the end of the week

So, from my point of view, the gun wasn't in stock at first, because it can't take more than a month to travel in the same country.

1 decembre, I sent another e-mail, asking him if he read my last e-mail (it usualy takes 3 e-mails before they asnwer): I did, The item has been delayed I can offer a refund should you choose.

So I sent back a big e-mail explaining to him that I didn't care about waiting, I would rather love to have the airsoft then the refund but I wanted to know what the delay is cause by? Do they have or not the gun in stock?

No answer, for several days. So I ask for a refound. No answer yet, we are the 9 decembre.

Will I ever see my money you think?

Can I ask how a non verified person is ordering a gun to begin with?

mopics AV was revoked if i recall he now has his own website so i guess he doesent have to follow asc AV system?

He still has his AV..

I am sure he still had it 4 weeks ago.

It was temporarily revoked a while back because he wasn't communicating with people, in many cases, after receiving payment from people. Not to rag on mopic, but this seems like business as usual.

Were your communications BEFORE payment pretty fast? I've been setting up an order myself and responses have always been quick, usually within a day or two but then again I haven't actually ordered it yet.

Guys, please don't panic, buyairsoft.com didn't age verified my, but mopic did, I sent him a copy of my driver license that I scaned. After that, I sent exact payment and he told me the (will arrive in 2.5 weeks). Now Mopic just ignored all my mails asking for refund. It is weird since you can read this :Under normal circumstance you will receive your item in approximately 14 days, in many cases it may be less. If delivery time is expected to surpass 21 days we will give you the option of cancelling, at no charge to you.: on their webpage.

Communication before payment was one day waiting... now it's 3 days waiting up to no answer after 1 week yet

this is pretty typical of mopic, don't be very surprised if anyone's wanting to do business with him. Out of all the retailers, he probably had the highest amount of forum complaint threads on ASC.
