Not for the left one : it's the sword cutlass (Beretta 6 inch barrel if I recall) from the manga Black Lagoon.

What he says

Despite the fact it's called "sword cutlass" and coming from a manga/anime where the characters are indeed modern pirates, I see no reason to call these "pirate pistols" in anyways though :P

Wouldn't a real pirates pistol be along the lines of a tokarev or Makarov.

I'm sure they've gotten there hands on some western pistols as well, maybe some M9 and M1911 or Browning HP. It wouldn't be a shock after all those pistols have been around quite a while.
