Very interesting, I would love to start a scratch built gbbr.

Most of these GBBRs are no longer in production because of the mentioned "issues." The inability to reach the US market was enough to cause the manufacturer to make the change.

Don't forget you'd need a real steel barrel or you'd have some rather spectacular results when firing that first round!

For ATF purpose, the gun can blow into pieces for all they care, but if it was able to set-off the round it was considered to be a "firearm" and therefore needed to be govern by different rule...

AGM based GBBR with G&P internals, G&P front set, Magpul accessories and Ra-Tech NPAS flute valve.

It's been done for awhile, just never posted photos. Finishing up a second 'Magpul' gbbr atm and then a M16A3 gbbr

Here's mine.

Most of the kit on here's the real deal real steel.

Modified an AEG outer barrel I got from Mr. Hitman, paired with the goosenecked SBRS I got from him. More of a comp/range gun than a military piece...

This seems more like a "magpul show and tell" than a GBBR thread..... I'll have to set you all right with pictures of my unmodified WE M4A1 Carbine, pics probably tommorow
