And what should be the size of the Tightbore inner barrel for the JG HK416 with the ebaybanned barrel extension installed on it? Something around 363mm?

With the extension your barrel is now 16", use a converter to find out what mm that is.

[off-topic]most AR's users say most fuck-up fall to the mag because of the dog-leg some times a round will get stuck in mag thus next time you pull the trigger nothing happens. but i do wonder how a straight 30 round mag would work compared to a normal 30rd.[/off-topic]

Any barrel designed o fit a 16" M4 will work. I have a TM M4A1 cabine barrel in mine now and it fits perfectly with the barrel extension.

Heres mine, nothing really to write home about that Ive added externally, but internally the only stock vfc piece left is the hop-up and inner barrel (ordering new ones soon) everything else has been replaced by a complete systema gearbox and a systema magnum motor.

Strange, I though VFC did not have HK markings on them...

How come these VFC's have HK markings and not VFC markings?

depends on the the version, my understanding is if it's meant for the US then they do not have HK markings. I could be wrong
