Bump.
The shotgun is on sale again !! I just bought mine. I'm actually quite surprised with the quality of the thing, since I was expecting it to be a total piece of junk. The only downside is that I cant paint it because I want to keep the guaranty. Any tips about how to cover its shameful clearness without painting it ? Hokey tape, maybe? |
How much did you pay? I still see it at 119$ on their site :S
Will go see tomorrow, hope it's still going to be on sale, as normally specials starts and ends on friday (or thursday, depending on how you put it...) |
I will be going sometime soon, thanks for the info.

Seriously, just take the risk and paint the damned thing after you hacksaw off the orange tip. :D |
We have had people here that painted their shitty Wal-mart M4's and were still able to return them.

Dont have mine with me at the moment, but would someone who has one mind finding out if each barrel is fed from the same bb placement(if the 1st, 4th, 7th bb in the shell/mag stack feed the upper barrel, 2nd, 5th, 8th go to the left, etc consistently) I would like to know because mixing BB weight to affect spread patterns was suggested earilier in the thread and I was wondering if it was consitent in how the bbs are grabbed from the stack you could plan which bb weight go's into each barrel to achieve more consistent/controlled shot patterns.
If the answer is yes, when I have my shotty with my I will try putting the top barrel with a heavy bb(top barrel overhops, heavier bb should help with range, allowing for decent accuracy at moderate range) and two lighter mixed bb's in the bottom two barrels to get a little spread. Just an idea I was thinking of doing to test this out, get different colored bb's or mark white bb's with markers and load the bb's into the shell stack, taking note of the order, and shoot some foam/something the bb's will stick in, and see which bb ends up where. Repeat to see if bb's are grabbed from consistent position or not. |
Anyone knows where to get more shells? Seems hard to find... Can'tire don't sell them apparently, and crossman.com ship in us only. Airsoftparts.ca hasn't them in stock
|
I can get you some.

Got mine yesterday
Nice toy Indeed for the price! Seems to misfire sometime and has a small crack on the outerbarel near the front handguard. Will try to exchange it next week For the records, I found that AirsoftQc has some shells in stock (3 packs of 3 remaining now, as I bought one as well) |
They are on sale at the Meadowvale C-Tire... for 71 bucks
|
Just incase anyone is looking at buying one of these Canadian Tire Shotty's, here is what they can look like if you put a little time and effort into them.
