Yup. No point in reinventing the wheel.

Well I wish someone else would make one though...

My biggest issue is that I plan to do WWII Russian. The Zeta Mosins are complete and utter crap, I don't hold out much hope for their SVT. The ARES PPSh-40 functions but is proprietary in design and has some serious issues.

My other main issue is that I own two Mosin Nagant, an Tokarev SVT-40, TT-33 and an M1895 Nagant Revolver. The price of each of these is FAR lower than the airsoft copies are, makes it hard for me to justify the airsoft purchase of something I already own, when the price of the airsoft version is 2x-3x more.

The Hexagon PPSh-41 is decent enough and the one I plan to go with.

Perhaps a GBB Tokarev TT-33 when they come out and I do my NKVD Officer impression.

Boyso December 29th, 2011 17:33

Ask BoGrain, he runs the Hexagon I believe and it's an excellent AEG.

Why are you implying exactly? Using just the wood stock and trying to shoehorn a spring rifle's internals into it?

yup, seeing as he said a RS one is cheaper then a AS one, and a broken RS should be even cheaper...

492 FPS , Spicy! but should present no issues with import, finding a field that will permit it may be a challenge

looking forward to this gun for my WW2 impression

Boyso January 2nd, 2012 17:34

Well the design is supposed to be like the Tanaka. So it's only a matter of placing a washer in the mags (or in the gun) to reduce the gas flow and therefore the FPS!

MilanWG January 2nd, 2012 17:36

Any idea when the G&G Kar98K might be available?

I was going to pick up a DBoys Kar98K, but I would love to have the increased FPS the G&G offers...

Boyso January 2nd, 2012 17:37

Well it seems to be buy-able right now and it says shipping time 3-4 days.

I'd say it seems to be ready.

I've seen your DBoys ad, and you really want to stay away from it ;)

Especially since this is coming out! ^^

MilanWG January 2nd, 2012 17:39

Roger that.

Anyone have a link to a retailer with them instock?

Boyso January 2nd, 2012 17:44

CWI posted above is a retailer and seems to be the only one offering it for sale as of now.(http://www.bbdragon.com.tw/product_i...oducts_id/3018)

However, it's probably only a preorder. The price was at 0$ last week, so at least, they must've info :P
