Just make sure you don't stop moving the can while you're painting it, sweep it as if you're running a paint brush across a canvas. Don't know why it took two pages for someone to post something this simple, newbie tank isn't for flaming but apparently that is lost on some people.

but where should i tape up, i know battery compartment and magazine area, barrel and thats pretty much it.

How to spray paint?
1. Remove cap
2. Use your finger (index works best) to press the button at the top of the can, make sure you point it with nozzle facing in the direction of the surface you want painted 3. Repeat as necessary |
what kind of gun is it? you do know there are alot of videos on how to paint, disassemble, reassemble all types of guns right? use major search engines or even better the one here.

non-retarded -or very lazy- people usually take parts apart before spray painting them. It's a safety that makes lack of talent less catastrophic ;) |
