Events such as this
have no bearing on this community,
WE are all responsible owners, We always transport our guns properly, particularly when on public transportation. We are not idiots , We are not Criminals this has nothing to do with US |
I hope you're right Brian. If it was an airsoft gun and he's on this forum, I hope someone would kick his stupid ass.

With the irrational panic people have in Toronto when it comes to guns, it might be that he bought a BB gun at Cdn Tire, was on his way home, and someone saw it in its clamshell through those extremely thin Cdn Tire bags and call cops.
There are no details on this story, so anything that's being mentioned in this thread is nothing but speculation (including my alternate potential version of events). |
That just down the street from me. I never heard anything about it until now.

few years back 2 guys were busted with ACTUAL airsoft guns on a subway. Can't remember if it was toronto or vancouver, but the incident was never heard from again. Unless something BIG happens, like a group of people hijack a plane with airsoft guns, we've got nothing to worry about. Do you know how many millions of dollars of damage baseball bats cost per year? And you still don't even have to be 18 to buy them! :D |

It's just part of the human condition. Some people will find amazing ways to make the simplest thing into a weapon, just look at inmates. And some people can manage to find the smallest tid bit and blow it completely out of proportion. Quote:
