G&P stock will fit but I'm sure it will not hold well.
It's a lot more expensive but RKS Plus has the last RS version available again : http://www.rksplus.com/epages/lno1J3...36RETRACTSTOCK I have one coming my way I'll tell here and in my review if it works well. |
I've got the G&P stock on mine and it holds up great. I haven't had an issue with it yet.

hey pancake whats the GP stock made out of? comparable to the polymer on the WE g36?
|
Yes, it is a comparable polymer though it seems almost a little stronger than the material used on the WE body.
My only complaint about the G&P stock is that it locks rather weak when you fold it over to the receiver of the gun. I only fold mine for transportation but it could be an annoyance for someone that wants to fold the stock and shoot it. One difference between the 2 mechanisms used to lock the stock into the fixed position on the G&P and WE stocks are as follows... G&P has a screw that keeps everything retained and controls how much of the latch feeds out. http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/3511/gpra.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us The WE just has a bit of plastic. I thought the plastic would be fixed onto the latch mechanism but it isn't. I'm able to freely push it around with significant play. http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/4428/g36r.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us |
