Here is my winter camo. Unfortunately I have not been able to use it at a game yet... hopefully this spring.

What he said.

If it just snowed and that trees are full of snow, or if you're playing in an open field, then yes full white might be the way to go. But if it hasn't snowed in a while, you'd be much better as ex said, which is with a woodland camo top with snow camo pants.

I personally won't repaint my gun, but I have a spare set of rail covers that I will; it should help break the shape of my gun. Some people randomly add white ductape to their guns (see the sweden pictures thread) which also helps acheive that effect.

ACU works great in snowy areas for me

Full white coverall is for laying down or open field/mountain travel.

What country is that camo from? I've never seen that pattern before. Did you find it at a surplus store or online?

Schlyder December 20th, 2010 16:03

That's based off of Danish M84.

They are dirt cheap, and half of them are trying to get rid of em.
CF Winter Whites are a fraction of what BDU's cost.

Talk to jeroon... And ask for Winter Whites Pants.... and a shirt to go along with it.

Nah i mean costs more for them to get not the consumer.. it isn;t cost effective for them... Centrals closing down i think as of Jan 1st they're opening a new store... I'll ask next time though when i'm in there.. Maybe tomorrow

Nah bro i make enough lol i didn't mean costs me it costs them the store.. I was talking also to one of the guys at Save More about getting Fleck and they said they weren't importing it anymore cause it costs too much..

BobbyDangerous December 20th, 2010 21:35

Wearing all white is effective for sure but i think wearing Urban would be just as effective.. I would like some Digi snow but whateves i like old school

FOX_111 December 20th, 2010 21:37

Urban camo does not work well.
It has black in it and it stand out a lot.

BobbyDangerous December 21st, 2010 05:35

Most Camo has black in it

SINN December 21st, 2010 08:41

so that makes it good in snow? hahahahah

Conker December 21st, 2010 09:01

What SINN said^^

There are two digital snow camos: snow MARPAT and snow Vegetato (it's digital, not pixelated... different things). In both cases, $$$$

Other than that, depending on the vegetation ACU works decently and desert camos can work too as their colors are much lighter. In that last case, if the area has vegetation, desert pants + woodland top can be a good choice.

How much did the M88 cost you?
