Have you tried a different sector gear yet? What kind of cutoff lever are you using? I know that a Chinese clone cutoff lever (KS, Echo1) won't fit a TM gearbox properly so you have to use a TM or a Prometheus. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to a Prometheus cutoff lever is that is the issue since they are much more durable than the stock ones. The air nozzle not ending up in the same place after each shot it normal based on the design of the gearbox. I've noticed that installing a MOSFET seems to make the nozzle position more consistent though this shouldn't really cause misfeeding issues.

Hmm.. I haven't tried another sector gear, but I don't have one handy to try. The cutoff lever I believe is a brand new TM one, but I can't be sure.

What generally causes feeding issues? I was under the impression that the motor should stop in the same place after each shot and the air nozzle not being in the same place all the time WAS the problem..

Ok, I do believe the switch assembly in my gun is just screwed. The guy I bought it from is ordering another one, will update when that gets here.

As for the feed issue, for the hell of it I ordered a modify air nozzle and King Arms tappet plate and tossed them in there. Now the nozzle stops at the same place and it seems to be feeding fine as long as I dont turn the hopup completely off. Should I order a new hopup rubber too?

If you feel that your current rubber isn't giving you the groupings and consistency you desire. Might as well since they're pretty cheap.
