Man your best bet if you just want something like that is (I can't believe I'm recommending this) just a TM Boys series. They're inexpensive, run on AA batteries, and they're decent for plinking in the basement and what have you. They're better than a springer, and they *are* an AEG...ish... Probably your best bet. Ken at 007 sells them.

Don't get a boys gun. I bought two thinking they were going to be good for plinking around the basement. I have to admit they were alright for plinking but they both broke very fast. they just stopped shooting. In other words, dont waste your money.

I wanna get all the minis... I figure it would be great to have an only mini game where all that really matters is the skill of the user.

Drew: being that the minis are not 1:1 replicas you probably could order them direct from overseas if you can't get them localy how ever shipping could be a killer.

Double Ahem, see whats in bold.

TM Minis have been around a while, its not some new crossman contraption.

On topic - Tru used to have some, but you might want to try ordering one from the states, as its not likely to be siezed... I think Airsoft Atlanta sells them.

I ordered the mp5 A5 mini from a us based airsoft site and it made it to my house just fine. I did this about a year ago, so unless any laws have changed it should be fine.....but mine broke after I got a real aeg.

Would it be possible to swap the gears/springs from the mini's and replace them with metal parts? I'm sure some people have done it or at lease tried it.

You could also hook up two mini's, get bucket, get a motion sensor, hook up some electronics and BAM, you got an automated turret. This one guy did that (there was a link posted on these forums somewhere i think), it was pretty neat for CQB.

Yah, from US websites the cheapest ground shipping to Canada was about
$40. Completly ridiculous.

So if I buy it online and get it shipped to a relatives house in the states, then bring it over the boarder back to Canada (Detroit-Windsor) there should be no problem since it doesn’t shoot over 495 fps and isn’t a replica? Thanks

anyone?
