False. The CPGear clothing (Trousers and shirt) are from Frontenac. Frontenac is clothing made with the material the misfit the DND test. The is the same that you will find in surplus store, but now you can buy it from CPGear.

Also, i REALLY doubt they use those thermal fibers in their gear.

No, the frontenac clothing does not have any IR protection added like on the issued one.

Also, personally, I have always been completely unimpressed by anything Wheelers made. I have a friend who bought a lot of it. Personally, I don't recommend them. I think the quality is just not there. That said, if you're just buying BDUs, they won't have been made by Wheelers, he just sells them, so they should be as good as any other repro clothes.

I'm not so keen on ordering from these guys, single-stitching = big no-no.
