Base stocks in real steel start at $500US without the rails and sling mounts but good luck trying to find some in-stock.

anyone know what is the difference between KA and TGS(<-trigger happy?). what is the KA one made of that it would cost more than 2x of the TGS one?

It looks like TGS also is made with aluminium on a CNC machine. I'm assuming the steel parts would be the sling mounts and the sliding stock rods. For $450US, that's about $700US cheaper than the King Arms version. The money I'll save with the TGS version would pay for the upgrades and all the accessories that would go with the EBR. I would still like to see more reviews on the TGS. After all, $450US is no pocket change. ;-)

Im sorry to say that the KA EBR kit will cost $1158.00US. Its listed on WGC on pre-order.

So far, the difference I see in photos between the TGS and KA versions is that the KA has some more holes up by the handguard area (and it comes with wires for batteries). Anyone got links to the other companies that's coming out with the EBR kits?

It's not that the King Arms version has "more holes" up front. The real steel one has it and I'm 99% positive that the TGS/Trigger Happy one will have it as well.
The difference is that the TGS/Trigger Happy one has a synthetic moulded foregrip/handguard covering those holes, just like the real one. As far as I can tell, the King Arms version doesn't come with it, which I find odd. |
