That vest (the one on opsgear) is made by condor outdoors. They're construction is fairly decent. However a full IBA isnt very practical for airsoft.

Theres a reason many US soldiers hate the interceptor vest...

Ok I am leaning away from that repli-armour vest.
What's recomended if I want to keep with the MOLLE idea and in ACU Pattern.

Unless you want to die of heat stroke when playing at a nice (and hot) summer game, I would recommended hitting Stu at ESSTAC up. He makes some awesome gear for a lot of the US army guys in ACU. He is number one in my books for gear unless you are one of tight budget. Ether just PM him or Email him what you want and he can make it.

thats a fairly decent vest, got lots of space looks good too. thats probably better than a spear or interceptor. are you sure you want to change?

I feel like I cheaped it up by getting it and I want something that will last, without having to cut off my arms and legs.

idk...i think that repro spears vest looks pretty awesome. im thinking of making up an acu set since my multicam set is pretty much complete...maybe ill get one too! looks like itll be crazy hot tho...i live in hawaii and i usually die in my ciras dude. thats where the 100oz bladder comes in handy! haha
