A lot of people get crack and other drugs over the boarder too. It's called smuggling and it's illegal. The only legal way to get airsoft guns over the border is with a Business Firearms License, which is fracking expensive.

As for the website,

Would i be able to order right from this site? Or do i have to have some sort of liecence for this cause it said somethign about training/movies.
Nope, you can order right from the website. Be aware though that if the item is not in stock (best way to find out is to e-mail mark and ask) it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months to get your gun.

Double that and you'll be able to get yourself a good gun. For 300, you are not going to be able to get a gun, battery, charger, and ammo. It just won't happen.

Here's a good M4:

Then you have to spend another $30 - $50 on a battery, $30 - $50 on magazines, and $50 - $100 on a good charger. Airsoft isn't cheap buddy. Sorry, but it's just the way it is.

How far do you think that gun would shoot, /FPS. If i have to ill spend the money, im gettin the goggle and ammo and stuff though off ebay. alot cheaper and basicly the same stuff..what kind of charger/battery would u advise for that gun.

How many mags should i buy, im buying it all right now so im just wondering. I dont go crazy when im shooting. And stupid question but they are reuseable right? Do you have to put the bb's in the mags 1 by 1 lol.

Coma August 5th, 2007 11:14

Hey Andrew;

Its really not possible to say what velocity that AEG might put out, since all we know is that it is an M4. If you could get a model name from the seller, that would be much easier.

You should definatly try eBay for your camo and such, but do not trust their BBs. It does not cost a lot more to get some from BB Bastard and you know you are getting some of the best in the country. For the sake of your AEG and for the advantages in-game, buy from trusted suppliers.

Finally, don't always assume that these people are right in saying you need to spend $600 as a base price for your first gun. That is a lot to commit if you don't know how you will like your first game. My reccomendation is to try and borrow an AEG from a local Whitby player, try a game and see if you like it. I havn't met a single person who has not liked their first taste. Your first gun does not have to be a TM, or CA, or ICS. Echo 1 or JG make perfect starter AEGs that can perform admiribly and won't break the bank.

I personally reccomend either the Echo 1 G-36C, or the JG AK-47. Those are the only ones I have actually used. The quality of their internals aren't up to the standards of TM, but even if you replace the entire mechbox right off the bat, you have an upgraded AEG for the price of a stock TM.

Ok. Stop now. Go have a look at the following threads:

Second, go out to a game and take a look at other people's equipment first. See how the game is played, and how people set up their gear, etc. That will help you decide and will answer tons of questions you have.

Third, just out of curiosity, how old are you?

How do you call a "top of the line" gun that is smuggled into Canada, and fits in an overall budget of 300$?

A bucket of fail.

Seriously guy, 300$ is the baseline for a TM clone in Canada, slightly used. You won't have money left for prioritary equipement such as googles, batteries and boots, never mind the rest.

If you only listen to one thing, don't cheap out on eye protection! Even if you are plinking in your basement, at least get a budget paintball mask or airsoft approved pair of goggles.

Opinion

If you like the M4 style rifles why not go for a Systema PTW model, they are the best AEG on the market. Although they are expensive the fact that you can change the fps rating by swapping cylinders means you can configure the gun for CQB or outdoor play. The PTW is all the AEG you need, you won't have to buy multiple guns, although a person has a tendency to do so in this sport.
