Snipers do, but if someone is within that distance, and you can guarantee a safe and very accurate shot on magpouches, webbing, etc. then you take it. But not if it's retarded close like 40ft or under. But there have been times I wouldn't shoot a player even at 100ft because it didn't feel right. Only a couple games recently have I been under the limit. Past three years I've been over with my rifle by about 50fps and no complaints because of my rep. But people trust me 100% so it's a non-issue.
