How are retailers able to bring guns into Canada? (aside from Ken from 007 Airsoft and others bringing in good quality 'clearsoft')

I don't know about from overseas, but getting stuff in from the US is easy if the sender knows what hes doing. :) Not suggesting you do this in any way though.

because I work in the morning until like 9 and during the weekends im busy with my family (because my uncle is really sick) and I'm waiting to get hired at a night job position so i can get Av'ed in the morning and go to work feeling happy that I will have a M4 to shoot with

No. Otherwise there would be no fuss. We'd all do yearly border runs and have a grand 'ol time.
