You're a little confused, perhaps it's our fault for leaving out an important piece of the puzzle.

There is no individual licencing for importing replica firearms. The only licence available for importing replica firearms is for businesses, hence the Business Firearms Licence.

You could have a PAL for prohibited firearms, and you still wouldn't be able to import replica firearms for your own use.

it sound like there is lots of mixed opinions here. im not talking about a business license. For example my girlfriend grandfather in Edmonton just passed away and he collected replica guns and has one of the biggest replica gun collections in Canada. Some if not all were imported form the US. I'm assuming all gun get stopped at the border but if you appeal with a firearms license will you not be aloud to keep it. Im not considering this as an option but i spoke to him on the phone and he ask...i didn't know the answer...sounds a bit all over the map. Not a straight yes or no. Sounds like its a matter of the situation?

If you haven't clued in yet, you need a special firearms licence, you are more likely to win the lotto then to get one. If it was easy everyone would have one.

He died less then a month ago and my girlfriend and i are heading to Edmonton to sort out all his guns and other stuff. Most are western style pistols. He was a leather smith so he made holsters as well. I guess the collection is over 500 guns. Sound like it will be a interesting collection

lol everyone said the exact same thing NO, this whole thing isn't about opinions it is yes and no, a Business Firearms Licence is what is required to import Airsoft or Replica firearms, you didn't ask about importing real firearms did you?

your reading skills are highly suspect if it took you that long to realize that the answer is NO
