You're a little confused, perhaps it's our fault for leaving out an important piece of the puzzle.
There is no individual licencing for importing replica firearms. The only licence available for importing replica firearms is for businesses, hence the Business Firearms Licence. You could have a PAL for prohibited firearms, and you still wouldn't be able to import replica firearms for your own use. |

He died less then a month ago and my girlfriend and i are heading to Edmonton to sort out all his guns and other stuff. Most are western style pistols. He was a leather smith so he made holsters as well. I guess the collection is over 500 guns. Sound like it will be a interesting collection
