I've had dreadful experiences trying to find BBs and Gas (or any useful equipment of any kind, for that matter) in stores like Canadian Tire outside the city. You'll probably be okay trying various stores in the city, like you mentioned, but you might do well to check online as well.

If Canadian Tire has any of these things listed on their website, you might be able to track the right thing down without having to waltz all over the city. That is, of course, if you don't have any luck with your local store.

But I can say this for certain: don't try getting anything useful out of a CT north of Newmarket. They never have anything.

CT has changed their website. You use to be able to check several stores at once to see if a particular item was instock. Currently you can only set it to search for the store you choose as your home store location.

I went through all the stores that I would typically go or would be able to get to easily and none had stock. A few of them had a 'call' for more info or some crap like that.

I'm telling you... Le Barons ALWAYS has plenty of stock and is cheaper than Canadian Tire.

Ya, I just didn't think of it until I was actually home. Anyway, I did pick up a CO2 tire inflator from CT today and had a spare at home so I managed to pump up my tires with no effort. :p Sadly one 12g cartridge only fills about one 26" tire to 40ish psi. I run my slicks a little higher so I had to use a hand pump.

More importantly, I'm using my 20oz CO2 tank with the madbull charger so I have plenty gas for my nades. :D
