No one gives me 28 cents its just a quarter, american, but no one sees it as 28 cents... Uhh maybe the bank, but thanks to technology I don't have to see a teller anymore!

Amos July 11th, 2009 02:39

Hey there, if you would kindly look up the laws about importing airsoft into Canada you'd understand where we're coming from.

There are many FAQ's on this site :)

Forever_kaos July 11th, 2009 02:40

Well, see here's sort of the thing.

Sure you ship to Canada.. But it won't make it to Canada, or atleast has a very very slim chance it will (depending on the product)

EastCoastAirsoft July 11th, 2009 02:45

Amos - I understand the Canada shipping law, there are still ways you can import into Canada.

Kaos - I like how you are telling me what the chances are. We have shipped guns snipers, and pistols. On a daily basis to Canada and never had a single one seized.

I love the fact that everyone thinks they know, but hey if you want to overpay thats fine with me, I will stick with the people who dont like to get ripped off.

OK that's all fine and dandy, but unless you start offering 100% guaranteed, 100% refunds if items get seized, we aren't going to buy your products.

Amos July 11th, 2009 02:58

Lol... Every couple months we get a small time retailer from the states that thinks because he got a couple guns past the boarder that he knows how things work...

You're probably not a legitimate registered buisness, and you're probably shipping via the same way people sending packages to other people (Public shipping depots, instead of buisness only shipping depots) are doing. This means your packages are simply getting over-looked at the boarder..

You're simply getting lucky, What you're doing can cause one hell of a lot of problems for anyone that you're shipping to. If it gets opened and seized, the person it's addressed to is subject to potential black-listing, fines and all sorts of other crazy things.

Your "1% seizure" claim is absolute bullshit, way to pull a number out of your ass. I highly doubt you've shipped enough guns to Canada to even get a realistic number.

Second of all...

Lol... AirsoftCanada isn't a reputable source because they want you to buy from their overpriced store? Uh... ASC hasn't sold guns in over 3 years and has no plans on selling guns anytime soon.

I also like your "pay me 25% more" guarantee.. Very nice :)

I wish you luck in your endeavors, and I really hope no Canadian citizen has to face the wrath of the CBSA because of you :)

yuhaoyang July 11th, 2009 03:01

A lot of people in the USA are claiming this... odd...
Read the CBSA website. Unless your saying you can convince them that we're all law enforcement trainees or movie directors?
"We are not responsible if this happens." If you start being responsible and saying you'll give refunds, then maybe we can get some people on this site bitching about how they've been blacklisted.

EastCoastAirsoft July 11th, 2009 03:08

Now im not a reputable buisness? Amos what are you like 10 I have a buisness licence, reseller permit, the company is Incorporated so I dont know how you can say its not real. Look it up.

And I can give you the list of customers from canada who successfully got their items, well over 100 orders, but you wouldnt beleive it... you guys think you know everything thats cool too.

I was just trying to offer a cheaper alternative, but I guess the airsoft community is alot more arogant than us in the US and scare away the cheap competition so they can rip everyone off. Nice how that works.

And we could have a 100% guarantee but then that would be lieing. But hey I guess all the stuff I say is a lie to you all anyway to who cares.

Thanks for showing how unsupported Canadians are for the sport of airsoft. Just sad.

P.S. now my other thread is closed? The corruption continues...

Evans July 11th, 2009 03:12

I always feel sad when I look at American airsoft sites. They get everything for so cheap. :(

EastCoastAirsoft July 11th, 2009 03:13

And you could too but all the Canadian retailers want you to think its impossible so you buy from them.

No your other thread is closed due to forum rules. If you took some time to read the FAQ's and our rules regarding retailler status (which if you checked we have several international retaillers on this site). You failed to do so, and not only was your other thread removed, but you received a warning regarding it.

Failure to tell the truth and make an accusation here like that here and you'll get caught, like you just did.

Take some time and actually read the laws here in Canada. You have been lucky that you've gotten guns across the border, once you do get caught though the CBSA will have your company on a watch list and more seizures will start. At that point hopefully you'll be prepared for the rush of refund and quarantee replies/requests/complaints.

Circumventing the laws regarding importing of guns into Canada is not something we endorse or support here.

EastCoastAirsoft July 11th, 2009 03:17

Im done here I see the corruption is all the way to the top here.

Keep making everyone think its impossible rip them off im done trying anymore, you can delete my forum account if you want you will never hear anything from me again.

But at least stop spreading lies about my site saying I am scamming or going to take your money and run

All payments go thru paypal so thats impossible.

And I see all of the bribes are in so the Canadian retailers did a good job.

Sorry all canadian customers who are getting ripped off

Over an Out

Many many many scammers use Paypal, so its not impossible. Once the account the funds are transfered to is emptied, Paypal usually says sorry nothing we can do to refund you till money reappears in the account.

You obviously do not want to listen or read the FAQ's and Laws that have been recorded, proven and provided.

Thanks for visiting. And goodbye.

Side note: To people thinking about ignoring whats been said here in this thread, please note he's been lucky to date not getting caught. Once he does his company will be on a watch list (hence why well known sites like Redwolf Airsoft state they will not ship guns to Canada), seizures will start to happen. It's your money in the long run and you can chance it. But keep in mind your name is on the package too, so watch list happens to you as well. So please if you do order and get caught, do not come here bitching afterwards.

Lol Bribes? I've been a "staff" member here for about 5 years, and have yet to see any form of payment. All "staff" positions are volunteer.

cbcsteve July 11th, 2009 03:20

Bribes? Now you are just pulling things out of nowhwere

A legit business would act professional and understand a country's laws let alone this forums rules.

Go look at Airsoftglobal.com, airsoftgi.com or airsplat.com for some professional companies
