Hmm I think many different place has computers like school, library, and heck I am surfing web from my workplace right now.

I'm pretty sure AOL clumps a network of users under a single IP (I forget the reason why), so it is a possibility that shbadmintonclub and gamer123 live near each other and both use AOL.
