Contact him directly. There's phone numbers and the email on the website. Ken's a stand-up guy and he just got too busy to run 007 anymore. Just contact him and he'll give you a refund or it's already on its way.

Simply put, you don't. Airsoft in Canada is community regulated to those 18 years of age or older. Since the only place you can really get guns now is the ASC classifieds, and you have to be age verified (read: 18) to view them, you can't get them.
