Grenade launchers

Pretty much everything else is legal to import.

Magazines with fake bullets ??? What's the logic in prohibiting that ? Anyway I guess that's why my order from UNCompany has been stuck for over a week at the customs, it was a bunch of G36 mags, two of wich were with the fake bullets... crap...

So when this happens, do they seize the whole thing or just the said mags with fake bullets ?

If they find anything you can't import, they only take what you can't import.

The fake bullet thing is an urban legend. Well, except for things like the double MP5 or M4 hicaps with the bullets sticking out the top.

Just because a retailer doesn't have it listed...doesn't mean they won't bring it in for you (as long as there's not import/customs issues of course). They'll bring in some funky stuff that they think might sell...but they don't really want to be sitting on inventory. But they will bring in stuff that will definitely sell. Check airsoftparts.ca....contact/PM Jugglez...ask about "pre-ordering". Help him out with giving him the specific part number if possible.

Hmm, glad to hear that. I would find it weird that you can't import that but fake bullet belts that were the rage with punks and goths a few years ago can go thru no problem. But airsoft things do seem to attract the absurd. I am worried tho that if, like you said, the MP5 and M4 mags with the fake bullets that sticks out the top are illegal, there isn't that much of a difference to a normal G36 mag and it's entirely up to the mood of the custom agents going thru it to decide...

Might be an urban legend with some basis to it methinks...

Hey Daveno, here is a little tip, next time you post about something getting seized, say what it is so we can help you easier. About the mag thing, with G36 Mags you can see without breaking the whole thing appart that it is a airsoft mag with decorative bullets since the top is one from an airsoft mag. The thing the double mags is that they look like real loaded mags. Still, personnaly I recomend to buy them in Canada, like you should do with silencers since they can seize it and there is many chances you will never see it anymore.
