OK gentlemen, start your jerking. I'm not going to grab many pictures from any other sources, just put up some random links.

Just these two pics, oh sweet Jesus, the upper and lower receivers don't match!

If you shoot with no flash, you don't see the same contrast as with. Shown in the picture with my new sling. Thanks Farmboy!

I recently painted my CA SCAR... The colors aren't very good but that's it for now.

Well post when you have pictures. No point of putting that and have nothing to show.

Bad thing about the scars is they have like a 4" barrel ><. I love mine still though, but I need to fix the bucking (dboys overhops with .2's)

GBear April 20th, 2010 20:23

How do you guys find the length of the SCAR-L Standard with the outer barrel and a suppressor (Roughly 150mm long)? Too long or okay for your play style?

My 2010 project gun, a VFC SCAR-L:

I'm getting ready for some upcoming night ops, so that "suppressor" is actually a Tokyo Marui tracer unit, which is loads of fun! :D

I second that!

SCARS are great looking and made by one of my favorite manufacturers. FN is all about ambidextrous designs.

To me, the SCAR is reminiscent of the old FN C1, which so many of us learned to love/hate during military service.

The AUG is a hideous looking gun, but the FAMAS and XM-8 are both just as ugly.

The FAMAS is the worst, The XM8 is just an american g36 and the aug is out of the question.... i like the scar it actually has a slim body it's not all that oversized; however i think FN could of made a better dolphin stock.

HOT DAMN! that is one sexy gun

Jsofter August 6th, 2010 05:47

EEERRRGGG I WANT ONE SO BAD!!! Whats better between the two though, WE TECH GBBR version, or VFC Scar L version? I already have an m4 so mags=no prob for vfc version, but i hate the sewing machine noise of aegs. realism kicks ass but you cant play for sh*t with gbbr without paying a billion dollars on mags which hold real capacity.
