I have never used bioval, but if biodegradeable is what we should do then bioval would be the one with proof of actually being biodegradeable.

And in the end, as others have pointed out elsewhere, BBs are a tiny contribution to making airsoft environmentally friendly; carpooling to games, switching all the packaging materials to 100% recycled/recyclable material, etc would probably help a lot more. I bet a lot of people don't even bother disposing of their AEG batteries properly when they die out. ("I have a game in the morning and thsi fucking thing won't hold a charge anymore!" *thrashcan*)
