its because there is a stranged hatred between paintballers and airsofters. as a part time paintball player, i dont know why we hate airsoft, something about it just pisses them off or something

Please lay off the paintball bashing. Paintball is just as legitimate an activity as airsoft, and demonizing and antagonizing the paintball community as a whole isn't doing anyone any favours.

Seriously, throwing other disciplines under the bus is the biggest weakness of the real steel community. We shouldn't follow their suicidal examples. No one has to like paintball, but insulting is at every opportunity is vindictive and childish.

People that dont call their hits.
Specially when you can see the bbs bounceing off them, or when they dont call a mercy kill. Sure you can just shoot em, though then theres the issue of blasting some one thats too close.
Any oppinions on how to avoid dealin with that?
