Damn that's strange that most users don't need to modify the V2 to have the CVR working, where mine gives so low fps even without spacers... I'll retry this week end if I can have some spare time...

My KJW m4 shit the bed in a big way last season and i was wondering if any one else ha this happen. Basically I was in the middle of a scirmish leaning around a burm when my bolt assymbly blew the back end of my weapon clean off. I've had the gun since it's first release here in canada and I guess the plastic reciever just couldnd't take the beating anymore. Oh and if any one knows some on selling a basic version 2 point them to me please.

My plastic bod died on me too last season, capital airsoft has some in stock normally. For the V2 bolt, you can order direct from KJW over internet. Write to them, and they will reply stating where to send the payment.

I ended up just buying a hole new gun from Capital but thanks for the info regardless.

My plastic body still works, but looks like it might break soon/eventually. Anyone know where I could pick up a metal lower? I was talking to the people at Garrison Airsoft and they said that metal lowers for the KJ were hard to come by : /

Edit: Come to think of it, anyone know if a RS charging handle can be made to fit? I want to replace mine with a charging handle that has an oversized latch for easy one handed cocking.

You should be able to just change the latch if the whole handle doesn't fit.

High or medium profile ring mounts?

Quick question for you guys...
I like to attach scope on my KJw m4, but I want to keep my front sight on.
Should I need to buy high profile ring mounts or medium profile ones?
I want to keep my scope as lowest as possible, and I guess with low profile ones, the front sight will block my aim through the scope...

Thanks already.

I loose my plastic body last year too, for what happen is I was leaning on the m4 while I was standing around on a hot day. I thought it is ok but when the game starts it cracks and didnt work, well the thing is I didnt take care of it better. Now I bought a new one and its full metal I just can't let go of the efficiency of the gun, its a good thing this happens cause now I have a spare upper body which is a CQB type. All I have to do is swap upper body and its good to go.

Get medium profile scope rings. I've taken the scope off my L96 and put it on the M4 just to see how it looks, and it works even with the front sight post being 'in the way'. The way the optics work, the sight image is focused to far past the front sight post to matter.

We now sell the metal lower body ($100) and version 2 upgrade kit ($40)

I personally have been using the plastic bodied version for a few years without problems. But now that we have the metal ones, I got it engraved as the British L119A1 body,

NIICCEEE!

Where did you get it engraved?

If you have a really big scope you might need high profile to fit it on. I know a 50mm scope can't take anything less than high profile. A 32mm scope will be fine with medium profile.

Front set rail

Hi i bought a rail system on eBay for my kjw m4. I tried putting it on a few days ago but it seems like the rail won't fit into the grooves in the delta ring. I don't have a delta ring tool to push it down so I used my hands. I think the rail wasn't put in properly due to me struggling to keep the rail down, or is it possible this rail just doesn't fit? It's a Chinese manufacturer so I'm not sure who made the rail. But my rail right now is on a slant and won't fit in to the grooves. It leans towards either side. I live in the Gta, does anyone know where I can get a front rail set for a cheap price? I'm on a budget and I got this rail for 32 dollars which was probably a bad idea ahha. But my max is 50 dollars. Thanka

Post some pictures so we have some idea of what you're talking about.
