So you unplugged the connector that hooks up to the mechbox, plugged the one going back into the stock into your charger? So yo uremoved the stock instead of the end cap? Even if that's what you did, it should still charge your battery though since it's going through the fuse to the battery.

I am le confused!

well i was using the serch feature on this site(crazy eh?) and read this whole thread... the last 2 pages are the funnest things ive read in a long time!!! I still dont understand what ther hell andrew was talking bout... wire this wire that... funny though. p.s. i did find what i was looking for but took awhile.
