According to a recent Facebook post, airsoft shop Gunfire in Poland will soon be receiving airsoft replicas of the Moschetto Automatico Beretta Modello 1938. Utilized by the Royal Italian Army during World War II, the real Modello 38 was accurate at longer ranges than most other submachine guns making it very popular with both Axis and Allied forces alike; many variants of the submachine gun were created, the most well known being the Modello 38A, flutted barrel Modello 38/42, and smooth barrel Modello 38/43.[1] Constructed of metal and wood, the airsoft replica is based on the 38A variant with a muzzle velocity of 380 fps; a price and release date remain to be announced. One last notable detail replicated on the airsoft version are the two triggers which, on the real Modello 38, are used to fire in semi and fully automatic fashion; this functionality, however, may not apply to the airsoft model.

I wonder if the matrix MG42 and the AGM MG42 are exactly the same.

I had to watch that like 4 times. If that transpires it would be a pretty fun MG. I see a lot of proprietary parts though. Looks like it might be pretty solid though.
Sweet vid, thanks for sharing!
