I an attempt to find something or jog my memory of something good I went youtubing.

I can't remember the title, I think it was one of those old Chinese film series King/God of Gambling...something along those lines. This huge wedding was being shot to shit after the King/God of Gambling won a game against this, I think it was some bitch ganglord who didn't take too well to losing so she crashed the K/GoG's wedding. Another part of that movie later was his revenge and rescue of his fiancee. Gang members were armed with nothing but pistols, looked like M9s but the guy had placed big guns like an M60 and an RPG along these long corridors he retreated when his position gets overrun.
Its probably been almost 20 years since I last saw this movie with a lot of the details being very vague. |

Not very gun-heavy content, but still pretty cool. This is from District 13 or Banlieue 13. It's a french movie and I highly recommend it. English subtitles are available, but you'll need to be a fast reader.

Stranger, pusangani...I honestly can't recall though I might be wrong about the God or King of Gamblers part, my Chinese sucked back then and its even worse now. I'll do a little digging and see if I can find some cutscenes but I do recall the main character like in all the God of Gambler movies had an uncanny good sense of hearing and a quick eye. I'm definitely sure Chow Yun Fat was not in it.
Just thought of another one though I can't find the youtube clip. Replacement Killers near the end when both John and the Triad lord ran empty. They both almost in sync ejected the mag and quickly tried slamming in a fresh one. John (Chow Yun Fat) won the race but the bullet he chambered was one he specifically saved for the head of the Triad. |
