Capitol Airsoft (Edmonton)?
 

Anybody ever deal with these guys?

I'd like to order a Condor 36" double rifle case from them (they're the only guys I can find with one in stock at the moment) but before I order I have to agree that there are no returns or exchanges allowed for any reason.

I'm worried if I get the case and it has a factory defect I'm out of luck on a replacement.

Nah Jeff is a good guy, I've had a friend consistently deal with him. If your really worried put in the order comments that you want it checked for defects

Jeff is excellent to do business with, you shouldn't be worried about getting bunk product form him. I send lots of people his way and none have ever had a complaint. Just high regards as to how well he operates his business. I've also made purchases from him and never had any kind of issue.

Supporting. I work with Jeff a lot, and recommend everyone that asks me about guns, gear or parts to visit his site and give him a shout.
He's a good guy, you can buy from him with no worries at all.

OK, I'm still a bit nervous about the no exchanges for ANY reason but I'll give him a try.

I did. He said he'd look it over before he shipped but he did confirm that if there was a problem he missed there would still be no refunds of any kind.

I would not worry about dealing with Jeff, I ordered some BDU's from him and they totally did not fit and he went out of his way for me to return them and he actually measured the other set and resent them to me. There is no issues with dealing with him. Pro all the way.

Jeff's customer service is great, you shouldn't have any issues with him.

But seriously, Condor gun bags are actually a really good buy for the money. A friend of mine operates a new store here in Vancouver (airsoftgear.ca) and I've had a chance to see the cases. They're a great buy for the money, you won't be disappointed.

And Capital Airsoft does a great job of getting stuff packed up and shipped out in a timely and professional manner. I would deal with him much more, but my interests in airsoft bits has since shifted to other things that they don't have.

Dealt with Jeff once about 2 years ago. Nothing but compliments for his service. I was actually buying something that had (visual) defects and he was very upfront about it detailing most of the defects.
