DO NOT BUY SHOOTSOFT.CA = miserable fail.
 

This is not a AEG review but a review of a seller and a transaction recently attempted with shootsoft.ca

Shootsoft.ca is not being compliant with my email response after asking the whereabouts of my item. the tracking number given to me is not a working number as there is no progression in my item. montreal to toronto canada is only a 4-5 hour driving distance yet my item has not moved from your location since my order? I have recieved an airsoft gun from cabelas canada in 2 working days (as of today), while it has been 2 days shy of a month and no sign of the item i have ordered from shootsoft.ca. at first i thought im overly concerned and maybe its the busy season. but when i recieved my airsoft rifle from cabelas before i recieved from shootsoft i finally realise there is a problem with this transaction. I would like a refund preferbly from shootsoft directly but if the need arises (which is baslicaly now) payal resolution is required.

Alain (shootsoft), thank you for wasting my time and yours. i am not sure what type of gain you are attempting here but we both lose now.

just a warning to whoever else attempts to order from them. Its like playing slots when ordering from them.

you should of searched shootsoft review here in ASC before buying from them, because your not the first to complain about them

I ordered a clearsoft MP5 from them last year before christmas and it was late january when I finally got a response from them, telling me that it was not instock. I then asked them to send me the USP45 instead, it arrived a week later but the smoky frame had some visible cracks. I did not pay the extra amount for this more expensive item but I guess you get what you pay for :(

Burn. Sounds shady. Eitherway, guess you should have become a member of ASC before hand... Maybe you would have avoided shootsoft.ca

Why is shootsoft still around they should just go away.

They are still around because non AV'd people keep buying from them!

Im just surprised that all the bad feed back they get they don't smarten up with customer service and stop giving people the runaround.

Why should they when people keep buying from them? (with their GREATLY inflated prices and false advertising, no less)

There ether the worst retailer that Canada has or the smartest SOB'S on the face of the earth for being able to keep costumers pressing the checkout button. I think there is subliminal massages all over the web site brain washing kid to buying from them.

Well as i see it Shootsoft is doing a great job at suppling underage Noobs with shitty guns........PERFECT. What better way to get em to do the right way.

honestly they do get you what you ordered eventualy, but there comunication is not that great and they sell things that they do not currently have in stock which may be the case here...

They once told me they could special order a Thompson for me, then it took 2 months to get my money back after I waited 3 months to get one. In the end I got one of someone locally (who probably got it off here) in less than a week. Very last time I ever went on their site.

It makes me so angry. What makes me MORE upset is a age verified member on this site recommended using shootsoft to purchase my first gun so i can go and play with him.

I have bought almost close to 80 items online, (judging from ebay feedback), which price ranged from expensive to item's that only costed me less then a large DD + a breakfast sandwich at Timmy's.

I never had an issue until i bought from shootsoft...

as well earlier emails of me asking about this item whether or not it is generation 3, you said yes, but it is in fact it is a generation 2 (gearbox). even if you miss interpreted what i meant by "generation", if you go by manufactures specifications (on src official website) the "src m933" is first generation. either way you are lying about your product you are selling.

I do not want this product anymore. i would like to request a refund.

DUDE SERIOUSLY!... I BOUGHT A 400$ lens and returned it after the 30 day warranty period (35ish) and still got a full refund! ...... beachcamera.com is the best place to buy camera gear...

Hm, I've done business with them in the past and never had any issues. In fact, I even recommended them to a buddy shortly after and he had no problems either.

yea... I had a bad experience with them as well. They don't carry their items in stock. When you order them. They will order them from supplier outside of Canada. If something is back ordered. Then they will wait before refunding you. I paid for a gun waited a month and they ignored my emails etc. Threatened to go to BBB. They did not answer phone calls. I had to use my paypal protection to get my money back just to get a response. Then they offered me one of 3 guns they had in stock (while waiting this full month, the item was still being sold on their site BTW). !!!3!!! WTF!! AND I had to pay more! The full/normal price for the gun. No courtesy, no applogies. Nothing. They informed me someone else cancelled an order, So they offered it to me! Got to my house 2-1/2 weeks later?! AND it came with broken body!!(advertised Brand NEW) (www.007airsoft.com replaced for free b/c they are OFFICIAL SRC supplier for Canada. Thanks Ken) Shootsoft was my worst internet transaction EVER. Don't be fooled by their professional looking website. These guys are ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL. They absolutely positively deserve to be SHUT DOWN. Look online. EVERY BODY Hates them.

Their site already looked so suspect I wouldn't even have considered buying from them ever. Also there are already like 10 threads about shootsoft.ca and their horrible business practices, customer service and inventory problems.
