Where to buy a REAL P90 red dot sight?

Hey guys!

So, I just wanted to know, for my brother, where to find a real P90 red dot sight? Now, as I mentionned, I want the real thing, with the tritium sight, crosshair, no "single red dot point that is useless to me as I used it in the past and it just made me fail at life etc...."!!!! Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Tritium is radioactive and theirfore its normally a controled item. Chances are finding a real one will be really hard.

As Tritium is radioactive, studies demonstrated it has litterally no effect on the human body, as it emits Alpha rays, which are not lethal or damageful to the human body, even under an extended period of time!

That theory part being said, I know it's radioactive, but the PS90 being a civilian version, I think it could be easily found! But thanks for the mention the the radioactive stuff, didn't pointed it out at first

Cheers!

hahahahahaha so true... most ppl think that radioactive = glowing green mutants, while most of it is pretty safe...(and nothing glows green...)

I tried seaching for it, but couldnt find anything on goggle, and i think that if you could, it would be an ITAR restricted item... :S

Indeed, radioactive does not equal EXTREME DEATH IN HELL!!!! Now, you might be right about the ITAR restriction, I'll search for this! Thanks :P

if you do manage to find one, be sure to keep it away from baby turtles.

I have seen them for sale on eBay and Arnie's Airsoft. You can check out the FN forums too.

You won't find one in Canada, nor will FNH ship to Canada. Everything must either come via the U.S., and they won't export that, or you would need to find it in Europe and have it shipped here.

I would look there.

You realize the FN P90 has ring sights right? not a crosshair...

Haha, sorry, the crosshair I'm talking about is a modification, the REM T3! Forgot to add this!

Thanks!

FN has also discontinued the P90.
You wont see alot of parts availiable for it.

I don't think so....
It's still up on their website as the only gun in their "PDW" gun section.

It would be a stupid move too.

I could be wrong and ill admit i havent really followed up on it. But i remember hearing it from somewhere

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FN_P90

p90 is very popular among counter terrorist and swat organizations, as well as secret service, I'd say it's been a success, released in 1990 and still expanding in use today 20 years later. It doesn't sound like it'd be a smart move by FN to discontinue it.

btw for a canadian connection, JTF2 and montreal swat apparently rock the p90.

DarkAngel September 13th, 2011 14:28

A quick google search shows that the p90 itself was not discontinued, but rather several variants and ammunition types

I stand corrected

I would really like a real p90 sight, if you do manage to find one Or a place to get them please post as it would be very informative.

Thanks.

Alpha's not a ray, it's particle. It isn't dangerous in the sight because it can be stopped by just about anything, but it is quite dangerous if you ingest or inhale any kind of alpha emitter.

bumping and old thread to provide some info.

I just inquired with a canadian gun dealer, the ps90/p90 ring sight is an ITAR restricted item, and FN apparently won't sell it separately either, even if you did have the permits.

I know some guys have one, probably from someone with a RS ps90 in the states selling it, but getting one through official means looks to be prohibitively difficult.
