FOX_111 June 27th, 2005 20:54

I just noticed, why only one scope ring?

sniperbay June 27th, 2005 20:55

happy birthday... man that gun is sweet.. all you need now is a supressor for it.. :)

SEALs June 28th, 2005 09:55

No need its gas its very silent already, Scope ring? I want throw levers but I gotta wait the next wgc's group order so for now it is fitted with an aimpoint ring! Cant wait to take it to the field... this sunday in rawdon!
I did some testing with .36g and it goes through both top and bottom of a pop can and also through dry wall... I gotta adjust the pcs valve!

BC_K June 28th, 2005 14:54

Just curious, Is the M24 supposed to say M700 on it? Or is the M24 just an updated M700?

Either way, Nice toy. :D Very nummy.

EN SABAH NUR June 28th, 2005 15:38

She looks like just my girlfriend except younger. Now all you need is a G&P Leupold M3 replica and you're good to go.

P.S. I think an M24 is an M700 built to mil spec. I may be wrong :(

Got one too? The diffence between both is the stock only. the main difference is between the remington 700 and the m700

I think I'll add one of these to my tanaka list. the best thing about these guns are the outside adjustable hopup...gas starts dying tune up the hop up.

the "Model 700" is the name of the bolt action its on the M40 the m24sws and the m700 the M40 is custom made by marine gunsmiths the m24sws is a stock option for army snipers(all m24s are the same) and the M700 is the regular remington rifle for sale to the public.

I got the M40 when I chronied(spelling) the thing with the gas open all the way with .25's it was shooting around 560 FPS.....a little to much but nice.

Droc June 29th, 2005 07:57

harris bipod, or rockmount.....the TM one sucks

SEALs June 29th, 2005 12:05

I wanted a harris but I couldnt find any around here so I decided to buy a real steel versa-pod which is pretty good also.

Drake June 30th, 2005 00:54

SEALs July 1st, 2005 04:07

happy but late birthday!

lamlok July 4th, 2005 00:27

nice, what scope and bipod are you using?

SEALs July 4th, 2005 12:07

The scope is a tasco pronghorn 6x24-50mm illuminated mil dot reticule type.
The bipod is a real steel versa-pod.
