Places to get CR123 batteries.
Basically ive been looking all over but apparently only airsoft stores have them? Mach1 is closed today so Im not able to get them tonight. I need them for a game Im going to today.
|
Any Photo store will have them. Canafian tire will have them. Radio shack will have them.
|
Canadian Tire has em. Any camera shop should have em too. Seen some at Best Buy and Future Shop, too.
|
Seen them at dollarama too.
|
DSTactical are your best bet, especially if your using the for flashlights. I swear by Surefire Cr123s they're awesome even and near zero temps.

apparently the Canada Computers has a lot of them in Brampton
Expensive but that's what you gotta do to have them today i guess? http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=030800 |
There's a LeBaron in Mississauga.. in Montreal I know they sell some there, too.
|
I buy all mine from Henry's. It also helps that I work there but I'm pretty sure The Source has them as well.
|
If your flashlight/device uses 2 stacked in a row, use a single rechargable 18650 lithium instead. It'll run for much longer and is cheaper, since you just recharge

I used Battery Junction in the US and ordered them in.
http://www.batteryjunction.com/tpen-tcr123a-.html 12 Pack - Titanium 12PK-TITANIUM-CR123A 1 11.76 Innovations CR123A 3V Lithium Photo Battery 1400mah * Subtotal 11.76 Subtotal 10.94 Shipping 13.56 Tax 0.00 Total $24.50 Thats approximately $2 each. Haven't found anywhere that can touch that so far. |

Hamilton Tactical carries them too for a good price. Canadian tire and wallmart have them but seems pretty pricey.
|
in a pinch, you're generally screwed.. cr123s cost a fair amount at retailers... but CT, wallyworld, thesource/radio shack, best buy should all carry them.
If you have time to wait, ebay is a pretty good place to buy them in bulk. I bought a 12 pack a couple years ago. Averaged less than 2$ per |
Battery Junction is where I've gone in the past. There were some really good tests a few years ago comparing various brands of CR123s and the no-name units came out surprisingly strong.
I counted up my gear closet over the weekend and I think I've got . . . seven (?) different devices that run of CR123s. Finding a reliable resource for a decent price is on my priority list. |

+1 on the rechargables, $5 for a cradle and your LiPo charger can charge them as 1S LiPo
