gandar October 25th, 2005 09:43

Sexy, very sexy.

God... so many sexy shot guns, so little money

Dozer_01 October 25th, 2005 10:00

Its fackin plastic. Stick to FMU marushin boys. Get something ya can use for more than just airsoft...ie) a beating stick, crutch. This bastard would probably snap if it were dropped, lol. Kinda pricey too...

gandar October 25th, 2005 10:14

*shrugs* It looks sexy anyway.

My TM's are plastic and don't "snap" when dropped

MadMax October 25th, 2005 13:04

gah, so cost ineffective. Gas system in every shell?

gandar October 25th, 2005 13:19

Oh Christ, I don't even wanna know how much the shells must cost then. I really gotta read this crap when I'm not sitting in class and can pay more attention to it.

Lets see: $400 US for a plastic shotgun, only 2 shells, which only hold 3 bb's each and gas needs to be fill in each shell. Not cool

pokey October 26th, 2005 00:15

Yeah, the marushin line of shotguns are so much more economical and metallll..

Shinjin_MC October 26th, 2005 00:53

i believe tanaka made the m1897 back in the early 90's as well
i wonder if it is a re-release..?

Mysteryfish October 26th, 2005 02:32

but casings/shells that hold the propellant AND the projectile are just sooooo damned COOL!

Yes it is renewal model. Last model released in early 90`s.
It was big hit model in tha time, now it`s premiere dead-stock.
Hmm..tha new one`s price became bigger then I thought...
Still I know some people who buy trench gun.

yanhchan October 26th, 2005 07:17

Does this mean that UTG owned this gun? No not really but it was a design flaw to have the shells hold the gas and only 3 BBs...[QUOTE]

Skruface October 26th, 2005 08:02

Goddamn. You can buy a Norinco M1897 for less.

Shinjin_MC October 26th, 2005 08:47

heh
a lot less
going price for a real steel norinco m1897 is about 350 if i remember right

That's different. The gun obviously committed suicide in response to Clay's paint job.

Dozer_01 October 26th, 2005 10:31

Nice one morb. Nicely "cracked" that one off... :!:

GMTII October 28th, 2005 22:39

Oh damn thats a nice gun too bad it's probably not that great though. I would make a good shotgun for a ww2 kit, but I'll stick to the M1 Garand when I get enough money.

Erik
