Mach 1 Airsoft?
 

Interested in ordering a gun from mach 1 and was curious if they are legit and there's no issues with ordering from them.

No issues at all, legit they are. Been around a long time they have.

Legit. Awesome physical storefront as well.

They are a legitimate business with an active and a respected reputation on these forums.

Buy from them all the time. One of the biggest retail store in Toronto. Healthy stock on everything including high end stuff other stores never carry.

Have you even looked at their facebook pages and the videos of their field?

Have dealt with them twice now. Great customer service, & good prices. Would totally recommend them.

They usually do 10-20% off holiday events, like Black Friday, if you can hold off, it'll save you some cash.

They are doing deals on pistols now, which is cool, check their facebook page.

I have dealt with the Mach 1 boys on several occasions and always had good experiences with them. I've bought a VFC MK18, VFC SR16 (Issues with the first one I bought, they replaced it with no fuss), as well as various odds and ends. In store the staff are awesome and friendly and online the site is easy to use. 10/10 would let Mach 1 take all my money again.

If you're in Burlington, why not stop by the store and save the shipping? Airsoft brick and mortar stores are awesome.

Thanks guys, placed an order just waiting for EMT to be processed. Great customer service experience with very quick responses to emails I sent.

Been here on two different occasions/days.

Huge shout out to Ken and Rich for helping me navigate and assemble my first legit airsoft purchase!

Both gentleman were very kind and patient with me and took initiatives to ask if I needed any help.

Ken also guided me very well in terms of any gear I should get now, and things I should wait on and pick up down the road.

Even though this place is far from me, I would still love to make a trip down here for future purposes.

I know this is almost a year old. BUT is Mach 1 still a great place to order from?

Mach 1 Airsoft is legit and was a great shopping experience for me, that's where I got my first AEG. To be honest I felt rushed at other places I've shopped. I would highly recommend Mach 1 Airsoft.
