You could really surprise your opponent when your old M16 is opening up on full auto!

vondnik November 25th, 2005 22:37

The down side is that there is no way the crappy gen 2 bax can survive the abuse a corectly used SAW will put on it...

althow it does look real cool...

Uh...
Sorry if I misinterpreted this, but M16's are already fully-automatic... this is just a body kit.

So instead of swapping out over heated barrels you can swap mechboxes.

More realism!!

desiredtoe November 26th, 2005 15:09

I could of typed that better. I meant just unloading sustained bursts of full-auto, where originally you would fry your gun doing that.

Bob the Angry Potato November 26th, 2005 15:11

Ah, alright.
Didn't know there was much internal modifications, if any, to allow that.

As I understand it, it's just a body kit. You are still using a the same internal as the M16 inside. So yeah, you will fry a fucking cool gun instead of frying a M16.

Well actually the M16 A2 is three round burst ;) ...lol Yes, the airsoft version however is fully-automatic.

Gato October 1st, 2006 01:38

Personally i think it's FUGLY but it's a new mod so Woot anyway :P

lt_poncho October 1st, 2006 03:19

For 3K i'd mod up a PDW to out-perform that,...after I got back from the Dominican.

Voodoo October 1st, 2006 15:25

because in Clagary there is a cornerd market and people love to way over charge, but that again its their buiseness. Is there any way to just get the body? i want the RS25 front end on my gun so it can be a multy tool this stock!
http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper...PRSOD_srch_M16

but thats only my dreams, thats also why i got a second job!

Droc October 1st, 2006 16:01

The kit wouldnt cost that much. If it sells outside of cCanada for $700, then Id toss a guess that you could get it here for less then $1200. thats a guess, off the top of my head. No way a $700 kit is gonna go up to $4000...markup or not. I usually dont see more then 25% to 40% markup. This isnt people just trying to make profit, this is what it takes to get this stuff here. There are many threads that explain why we pay so much. Its not a scam, and belive me, the retailers arnt getting super rich off us either.

If your only looking for the reciever, email hurricanE and ask. If they say it can be done, send ASCA an email and see what they can do to get one for you.

I have also seen people do homemade shrike kits.

Voodoo October 2nd, 2006 12:04

yah, just saying its a really expencive mod
