What Manufactor is this Mp5 SD6

Basically as the title states Lol, I bought an mp5 SD6 but I can't tell what manufactor made this. As I am not sure I was hoping some of the experienced people would know and be able to help me. As I was hoping to buy perhaps a "hop up system"? not sure how that works, or other acessories for it so that it perhaps last longer as I have read some of the post about barrel wobble.

Thanks the pictures are included of the AEG that I bought ...

LOL just great, I was looking forever for a AEG lol I found this one. Grr well i only paid 100 bucks for it lol.. even if it works like crap I at least have something to put on my wall!! Is there any way to change the gear box or mech box and gears to something, I wont mind spending the money to upgrade it, it was the fact that its impossible to find anything in toronto, or I've just not had the luck to find the places.

concept_8 March 10th, 2006 00:59

Ummmm there's a menu at the top of the screen that say's retailers, it's got most reputable retailers in the country.
There's a few in the southern Ont. area including Tru and even 2 walkin stores in T.O.

As for upgrading the mech box and gears I wouldn't bother cause by the time you were done building it into something usefull you could just have baught a used or cheaper aeg that will be built with better materials from the ground up.

R-ice March 10th, 2006 01:01

Lol thats newbies for you.. I'll check out the retailers, I remeber when it used to be in pacific mall, but back then I had no money so I couldn't buy it. Now I have a litle bit more enough for a gun thats why when i saw this gun I couldn't help but buy it lol... I was like omg Finally.

mcguyver March 10th, 2006 01:03

It's made by WELL. Mags are impossible to get from what I hear. I wouldn't worry about a long life as the ones I've seen all died painful and quick deaths. Sorry.

I guess what I'll do is wait till saturday and get age verified by markville and look for some used weapons. Lol its a great story how I got this.... sigh... I am a martial artist so what did i do? I went online ebay to search for some swords, I bid and won, and ended up going to this dudes place to get the swords. As Im in this dudes garage since thats where he houses all his crap. My friend turns around and says wtf a bbgun, then the guy goes yah all pistols but here, heres an mp5 and im like whaat .. thats soo mine.. so I bought it on the spot... Thats the whole story.. lol

R-ice March 10th, 2006 01:10

Oh and I found this site today after I bought the gun, since I was doing research in to the gun.. I was like hmm interesting what can i do to increase the longevity of the aeg, but just great now I found out its absolute crap... I guess i'll have to wait till at least saturday night when i get verified before i can look at the ones everyone else has up for sale!

Well as long as you learn from an mistakes you make along the way in my eye's it's worth the lesson.
I'd keep away from the walk in stores myself because from what I hear neither the service or the prices aren't up to par with the online retailers.
The Trumart section on this site is a retailer (Tru) and is in southern Ont. and very reliable.
Any of the sites listed are reliable and though your average gamable aeg will cost alot more than 100 bucks it's worth it for the quality reliability and upgradability along with the fact that they're fixable when something does go wrong.

Or CSI, I think WELL and CSI are the only two manufacturers that paint semi/FA white and safe red :)

R-ice March 10th, 2006 01:15

Well I guess I'll have to wait till the next couplah paychecks come along before I can buy em.. I was going to go to metro to buy a gun for 5 bills i think but the dude say it doesn't include batteries or a mag or something like that and im like im buying it for 5 bills and you wont give me any of that stuff I think it added up to like 6-7 hundred for a mp5 or something along that line and I was like wtf...

the only thing you can do to increase the life of this gun is to not use it

stokes March 10th, 2006 02:41

Hell even crappy tire guns are better than that.... and crappy tire guns are pretty crappy.

R-ice March 10th, 2006 02:42

Okay Okay lol I get the point i get the point... sheesh lol im ordering my aeg from sam a utg mp5.. lol.. see me on the field I'll be the newbie trying to find the trigger..

stokes March 10th, 2006 02:45

lol just messing with you :P. UTG are ok guns for starting airsofters. Plenty of people have those on these boards. And there is are very indepth reviews on them. Especially this one from arnies:http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forum...howtopic=30898.

Read that and you will have quite a bit of understanding of how the UTG is built and the quality placed in the gun.

R-ice March 10th, 2006 02:47

hehe I've already talked to sam and put a hold on one of those beauties for me.. perhaps.. if i see you guyso n the field.. i use the stupid wells or csi mp5 to throw at your head... lol then shoot you lol.. =] winks..

well i dunno i'll use it and see how it goes till the other one comes..

R-ice March 10th, 2006 14:01

tried it out

I showed it to steve whos also on this board and test fired it.. he said its not wells or csi .. its better then that.. but not as good as a tm lol.. and its wicked for a bill.. =]

[Avtomat] March 10th, 2006 14:23

Alright just did a search and found it it was a WELL gun. Though it looks cheap, i must say its ROF is great, its very consistent, and its quite powerful. I think the FPS might be at about 230 or so. Oh the cocking handle actually works too.
This gun is good for low end guns.

R-ice March 10th, 2006 14:28

whoohoo.. thanks for the search.. weird .. i looked at the well guns the tip whatever its calld the barrels in the pics weren't all orange.. but the one i have is.. oh well doesn't matter i already ordered a utg one.. yay.. .

stokes March 10th, 2006 14:33

The person you purchased from probably got it from the states. Thats why the muzzle tip is orange.

State law states that all airsoft weapons must have an orange muzzle.
