Canadian Store Help
 

Hey, im new to this forum and to airsoft as well. For this Christmas, i absolutely want a airsoft gun but i cant find any Canadian store that sells online. The gun that interests me the most for the moment is the Tokyo Marui Mk23 SOCOM. If any one knows a Canadian online store that sell them... or that sells airsoft guns in general, please post a link.

Thats the attidude that wont get anymore help and probably a massive flame and ban from these forums.

We have a very strict rule set for the 18+ of airsoft guns. I highly suggest you do some reading before taking any more steps into the world of airsoft.

IF you did get one by the off chance, where would you play? You still need to be 18 play at 90% of the fields. Most field owners if they new your circumvented the 18+ rule will not allow you to play.

Wait till your 18, do yourself the favor if you want to play.

Ya, believe me, its just way easier to wait till your 18, take my advise on this one. Until then, just soak up as much info as possible.
Plus if your 18 then your parents wont get mad at you for "wasting" alot of money on this sport.

Sorry if i sounded mean. But i don't even want to play airsoft, i just want a gun for target practice and stuff like that. The way i want to do this is that my dad would buy one for me. Its like if he bought it for him but then gave it to me.

I just turned 19, they still wont let me play. I need help :P

If you want target practice get a crossman BB gun from Canadian Tire or something similar, airsoft is next to useless for that sort of thing.

Airsoft guns are NOT good for target practice. Not accurate enough.
What you and your dad dont know is that you CANT be in the possession of an airsoft gun legally until you are 18.

If your dad buys it, he keeps it. He CANT give it to you. He must also watch you use it at all times and then put it away.

You cant use it just anywhere you want either.

Please read the Information Section and the Newbie Guide before you say anything else that can get you and your parents in trouble.

If you still live in their house, it's their rules. Cope or move out on your own. I know it's blunt, but those are your choices.

Dont worry, you didnt sound mean, just like an idiot. Go and read like greylocks suggested. Greylocks has been around for awhile and knows what he is talking about. Wait to your 18 that is your best bet, till then you CAN NOT legally use an airsoft gun. If you want so bad get a crossman, they may be clear, but there good for what you want.

The Crosman softair guns aren't so hot on accuracy though.

Look, my parents dont care about me using any compressed air gun. They know i will use it safely and responsibility. I got a paintball gun, a pellet gun and now i would like to have a airsoft gun. I dont care what you guys think about me buying or using one. Plus the cops here are so lazy they wont do shit. So lets just stop this thread now.

No, IonicRipper, I think you are misunderstanding what everyone is trying to say...
No one on these forums really cares about what you do with you (or your parent's) time and money, the problem comes about because most 16 year olds who come on these forums asking for info or help with an airsoft gun want it for the wrong reasons...

And the more people of that sort who buy the airsoft guns, the more likely that another incident will occur involving an altercation witht he police and more bad rep for airsoft...

you dont get age verified by us, you dont get airsoft. Simple as that. No ifs, ands or buts. We dont care what its for. We dont care if you want to use a gun to play, pose, target shoot, put on your wall, or lube up and have sex with it.

Realistically, your out of luck, and its not a situation where you can make a new account saying your older and try again...when we verify, it is an in person photo ID.
We do not debate the +18 rule here. You can goto the verification section and real all about it, same with the FAQ section.

What part of the word ILLEGAL is unclear to you? Pellet guns have different laws, same thing for paintball guns.

I call for a ban, last thing we need is another moron blabbering about how "the cops are lazy and wont get them" or "they are responsible and their parents will buy it for them".
